Deposit, cancellation & late collection
A 30% deposit (minimum $38.00) secures the booking. The balance is paid at pickup.

Late collection: more than 48 hours after the booked check-out is charged at 2× the nightly rate for each extra day.
Boarding is charged per night. Drop-off and pickup are between 7:00am and 6:00pm by arrangement.
Vaccination requirements
Checked at check-in against the certificate. Dogs that do not meet these cannot stay, for everyone's safety.
- Current core vaccinations: distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis, leptospirosis
- Kennel cough (Bordetella) given at least 14 days before check-in
- Dogs arriving from overseas: rabies
