Required for admission
Dogs need current core vaccinations — distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis and leptospirosis — plus a kennel cough (Bordetella) vaccination given at least 14 days before check-in.
Required core vaccines are canine distemper, parvovirus, infectious hepatitis and leptospirosis. The kennel cough (Bordetella) vaccination must be given at least 14 days before check-in so it has taken effect, and dogs arriving from overseas also need a current rabies vaccination.

Holiday dates to plan first
Boarding requests in Perth cluster around WA school holidays and long weekends. Every booking is confirmed by our team in reply, and sending your request early gives you the widest choice of dates — it also leaves room to fit a kennel cough booster inside the 14-day rule above if one is due.

Why we require this
Shared care works best with shared safeguards
Boarding brings dogs into a shared environment. Checking every guest against the same admission standard helps reduce avoidable infectious-disease exposure across the group.
The policy protects the dog arriving, the other dogs in our care and the people who look after them. It also lets our team prepare for each stay with clear, consistent records.
